Today was such a beautiful day out! The sun was shining, and even with the occasional wind blows here in Colorado I can’t complain. So I decided to go outside take my daughter to the park and enjoy the weather before, well if you’ve lived in Colorado you know the weather can drastically change at any given moment!
My plan was to practice on using a Prism to take photos of my baby girl while we were out but it turned into just enjoying seeing my toddler be able to do the bigger kid climbs on the playground. Which I know your supposed to slide down the slide but she’s been wanting so badly to climb up it instead and she did it today!!!! YAY!!
Little did I know that was going to happen I was so happy for her, got to see her smiles from ear to ear & capturing it on camera was just a bonus!
With this being said it’s sometimes such a great time to take your big camera out (not all the time, I only do this occasionally) to take photos of my own family outings, or visits to the zoo and try new things like using a prism which was a fun and still a learning experience for me! 🙂
I haven’t blogged too much lately and thought what a good way to share what I do outside of just photographing my clients and their families and for you all to get to see a glimpse into my world unless you follow me on Instagram then you already know I love sharing my little one’s accomplishments.
As perfect as I’d love to have my images, as a parent myself i know that is not the most important. When I look back at this image below that I will admire even the littlest things down to her little runny nose this windy, sunny beautiful day! Why? Because that’s my kiddo & I love her to pieces!
Photos of my kid to me are so much better when I try so hard to not plan much and let her personality shine on its own!
Adelina, my baby, Even got to climb up this twirly thing and do you see this image below!
PROUD, HAPPY, EXCITED…
AND SO MUCH MORE! 🙂
So go out and take photos of what you love, doesn’t have to be hours long, what we did today at the park was about 30 minutes or less to be honest since we just played and saw her achieve some of those big kid climbs she couldn’t do before!
What’s your favorite activity to do with your family?
Doesn’t have to be outdoors, can be a a family fun tradition, family night, board games, ice cream outings or coffee outings with your family. 🙂
Hope you all have a great weekend!
